That is one helluva litter box. |
Oh, archeology and pursuit of knowledge. And pets. How you vex me. Picked up my ax and shovel last night, as well as my surveyor's stand, and tried to see what else I could find. I'm five epic items from my Professor title, and I just keep digging up junk. Well, junk according to the academic circles in Azeroth--I find some of these items enchanting, and more meaningful as they belonged to the common folk than the artifacts of kings and generals.
And while the servers are down, I'll remind myself that I have plenty of other things to do, like write about what other players/bloggers have had me star-struck, or nicest things in game, and I want to write Navi something, and there are a few more road trips planned, and oh yeah...the weeds. The healthy, thriving weeds out there.
But nothing else is as important as training my dog to fetch me another cup of coffee.
Why are there sand kittens?
And, what is Brother Anton's story?
Sand Kittens are the lifelong companions of Sand Gnomes, ferocious hunters who pretend to be cute to lure their prey close..
ReplyDeleteBeware the Sand Kitten!
Erinys, that is some damn solid advice, advice that both had me spitting out my dog-fetched coffee, and also made me shudder with fear...Sand Kittens indeed!
DeleteAll the time I've spent in Uldum and I've never seen a Sand Kitten before. I was going to go look for one but after Erinys' scary warning, I best stay away. I do not want to meet a horrible Sand Gnome! Shiver!
ReplyDeleteDo not fear the Sand Kittens in Uldum...they prowl Tanaris near fossil and troll dig sites. And, for the record, they don't drop anything good. *cough*
DeleteI haven't noticed Sand Kittens before. They look so warm and snuggly...
ReplyDeleteWTB more Uldum archaeology :(
Haha Navi! Brother Anton is lying face down in the Desolace sand, dead in his mission, and we all want a Sand Kitten now! We are evil women...!
ReplyDeleteRereading this I realized these would be great road trip ideas. Of course I would have spent endless hours in Uldum looking for kitties, lol. I've never seen Brother Anton, I wonder if I would have thought to look in Desolace for him.
ReplyDeleteI don't remember seeing Brother Anton in Desolace before the other night, either, and you think I would have noticed the good padre face-down in the dirt...perhaps I was too busy dusting off fossils. He's in a better place now, I am sure.
ReplyDeleteAnd that is a great idea - look for the "little things" - whatever they may be!
.brother anton is alliance right? Hence kittens more important.
ReplyDeleteWell, in my usual lack of clarity, these two things are not in the same area. Brother Anton is indeed a human priest NPC, in Desolace, and the Sand Kittens were found in Tanaris. I'm just a little surprised I never noticed either one before.
ReplyDeleteHoly Litter Box! Perhaps those Sand Kittens are extremely dangerous!
